PHP / Job List Manager / Managing Job Categories

Before you can add jobs to your site you will need to create categories to better organize your jobs and allow people to find what they are looking for, more easily.

If you feel that a particular category may contain a large number of jobs then you can create sub-categories to further enhance navigation.

Creating a new Job Category

• When in the Admin area hover over the 'Jobs' link in the header and click 'Categories'
• Click 'Create new record' or the 'create a new one' link
• Enter the title of the new category and click 'Add record'
• If you want a category to be a sub-category of another then select it from the drop down.
